I have a girlfriend who lives in Philippines and is separated from her husband. I'm going to be visiting her as soon as the travel restrictions are lifted. We know that she needs annulment and then apply for fiance Visa right? So we were looking online and does it really take years for annulment? If so can she get fiance Visa until annulment finalized?
